SWINE-FLU ALERT
I am due to attend a seminar next week regarding the precautions we need to put into place relating to the impending swine-flu epidemic/pandemic, however as of July 16th, a case has come to light within about twenty miles of The Dales, and I therefore now think the time has come to broach this subject.
Without attempting to scaremonger, the effects of Swine-flu or indeed any influenza infection could be devastating for our clients, so I would ask that if you feel unwell or exhibit any symptoms of a flu type illness, you refrain from visiting The Dales until you are feeling well again. If you have recently visited the home and have now begun to feel unwell with flu like symptoms, we would be most grateful if you could contact me on 07814 974 843 so that we can take appropriate steps.
I shall update this page as soon as we receive any information as to how best to deal with this threat.
